Northern Pines Farm is a private hunter/jumper facility located in Maple City, Michigan dedicated to excellence in the training of horse and rider.

Owned by nationally recognized trainer and competitor Melissa Hirt, Northern Pines offers a full range of services with the highest quality care at the beautiful farm nestled on over 45 acres. For those riders interested in horse showing, we travel to competitions throughout the year. This includes local schooling shows and “AA” rated shows, including the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, Florida. And we are especially proud of our affiliation with the Leelanau School of Glen Arbor, providing the training and facility for their equestrian athletes.
